§ 1 Scope, customer information

The following general terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Music Station Verwaltungs GmbH and consumers who buy goods through our shop musicshop-24.de. The contract language is German.

§ 2 conclusion of contract

The offers on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to you to buy goods. You can add one or more products to the shopping cart. In the course of the ordering process, you enter your data and requests with regard to the method of payment, delivery modalities, etc. Only when you click on the order button do you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. You can also place a binding order by telephone or fax. The immediate confirmation of receipt of your order by email or fax does not yet constitute an acceptance of the purchase offer.

We are entitled to accept your offer within 2 working days by sending an order confirmation by email. If the deadline specified in sentence 1 has expired without success, your offer is deemed to have been rejected, i.e. you are no longer bound by your offer. When ordering by telephone, the purchase contract is concluded when we accept your offer immediately. If the offer is not accepted immediately, you are no longer bound by it.

§ 3 Customer information: Storage of your order data

Your order with details of the concluded contract (e.g. type of product, price, etc.) will be saved by us. We will send you the terms and conditions, but you can also access the terms and conditions at any time after the conclusion of the contract via our website.

§ 4 Customer information: Correction note

You can correct your entries at any time before submitting the order with the delete button. We will inform you about further correction options on the way through the ordering process. You can also completely end the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 5 retention of title

The purchase remains our property until full payment.

§ 6 Statutory warranty rights

Defect liability rights
There are statutory warranty rights for our goods.
Your claims due to defects in used goods expire one year after the goods sold are handed over to you.
Excluded from this regulation are claims for damages, claims due to defects that we have fraudulently concealed, and claims from a guarantee that we have assumed for the quality of the goods. For these excluded claims, the statutory limitation periods apply.

§ 7 30-day money back guarantee (extended right of return)

On all items that you buy from musicshop-24.de (Music Station Verwaltungs GmbH), we grant you as a consumer (in accordance with § 13 BGB) in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, a further 16 days of our Money Back guarantee. As a commercial customer, you also receive a full 30 days of Money Back 

The only exceptions are goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications, wear and tear items or products that cannot be taken back for hygienic or licensing reasons (e.g. software you have registered).
If you are not satisfied with an item you bought at Musicshop-24.de, please contact us and we will arrange the return for you. A return within Germany is even free of charge!
A return form is enclosed with our shipment, in which you can tell us whether you would like the invoice amount credited to your customer account, transferred back or credited to another product.

Please ensure that the goods are returned to us in their original packaging with all the accessories supplied and without any signs of use!
